Roots Tuition

At Roots Community School, we believe in making high-quality education accessible to families from diverse financial backgrounds. Our Income-Based Tuition Model ensures that each family contributes an amount that aligns with their financial situation, allowing us to maintain small class sizes, excellent teachers, and a dynamic learning environment.

2025-2026 Tuition Rates

Income-Based Tuition Model (K-8)

Our tuition rates are based on your family’s total income from your most recent tax return (1040), which is submitted through a confidential third-party platform. Families who choose not to submit income verification will automatically be placed in the highest tuition bracket.

Preschool & Pre-K Tuition

Tuition rate is dependent on the number of days enrolled per week. A yearly supply fee of $200 per student will be used as your deposit. The supply fee deposit is non-refundable.

Preschool and Pre-K payment may be paid in full by September 1, 2025 or billed monthly for 9 months beginning in September 2025 and ending May 2026.

Payment Plans

We offer flexible payment options:

  • Annual Payment - Pay in full by May 1, 2025 for 5% discount.

  • Monthly Payments - Installments over 10 months, starting July 1, 2025.

Payment plans are managed through our online tuition billing system called FACTS.
